Depending on the project, Vanguard Real Estate Group will develop or utilize a team of its professionals to outsource earthwork and underground development activities. When it comes to our residential developments, we leverage our longstanding relationships with publicly traded home builders and other partners to coordinate these activities after entitlements have been secured. In our commercial projects, we play a central role in directing and overseeing these activities with our partners.
