Vanguard Real Estate Group is pleased to welcome Andria Schmelzer as Marketing & Administrative Coordinator within Enterprise Operations, providing marketing, administrative, and executive support across the Vanguard platform.
Andria brings more than 14 years of experience across marketing, business operations, client relations, and the real estate industry. Her background includes marketing and transaction coordination for leading real estate brands, with additional expertise spanning brand development, digital communications, event planning, community engagement, and relationship management. This breadth of experience provides Andria with a well-rounded professional foundation that aligns closely with Vanguard’s integrated platform and client-focused approach.
In her role at Vanguard, Andria will work closely with company leadership and across the organization, supporting corporate marketing and communications, client and broker engagement, and the marketing and launch of new residential communities. She will also provide direct support to leadership in connection with Vanguard’s principal investment, acquisition, and development activities, as well as strategic initiatives across the firm.
Andria brings a strong combination of organizational discipline, creative perspective, and relationship-building experience. Her background in marketing, photography, event planning, and community engagement further complements her role and will contribute to the consistent execution and presentation of the Vanguard brand across its growing platform.
Well known throughout the Metro Detroit community, Andria has an established history of charitable involvement, fundraising, and community engagement. She is particularly active with Thrilla Gives, a local charitable organization, and has developed strong relationships throughout the region through her involvement with numerous community organizations and initiatives.
