Vanguard Real Estate Group is pleased to announce that Gabriella DiNello has joined the firm as a Business Development Intern.
A graduating senior from Regina High School, Gabriella has consistently distinguished herself through exceptional academic performance, strong leadership, and an unwavering commitment to personal and professional growth. She has been recognized for her excellence across a range of disciplines, balancing a demanding academic schedule with leadership roles in school activities and community initiatives.
Beginning in Fall 2026, Gabriella will pursue a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate, a program designed in collaboration with industry professionals to prepare students for leadership roles across the commercial real estate and investment sectors, aligning closely with Vanguard’s integrated platform of brokerage, investment, and development.
Having been immersed in the real estate industry from an early age, Gabriella brings a unique perspective shaped by years of firsthand involvement in the business. She has spent considerable time both in the field and within the office environment, gaining meaningful insight into brokerage operations, client relations, and the marketing of residential communities.
In her role as Business Development Intern, Gabriella will work directly with Vanguard’s leadership team to support business development, project management, and brokerage operations. She will assist in evaluating new opportunities, coordinating active development initiatives, and executing key business strategies across the firm’s expanding portfolio.

In January 2026, Gabriella will further her professional development by pursuing her Michigan Real Estate Salesperson License, at which time she will expand her responsibilities within the brokerage division.
Gabriella’s academic discipline, leadership potential, and deep familiarity with the firm’s operations make her a valuable addition to the organization.
