Maria’s passion for real estate was cultivated from an early age, having grown up observing her father, Michael Magnoli, the founder of Michaelangelo Homes, a prominent residential and commercial developer. Her early exposure to the development process sparked a lifelong interest in real estate, particularly in new construction and luxury home sales.

In addition to her work in real estate, Maria is currently in her third year at Oakland University, pursuing a degree in Public Relations with a minor in Piano Performance. Her academic background, combined with her experience in the industry, provides her with a unique perspective on marketing, client service, and the emotional and financial considerations involved in buying and selling homes.
